Julia Ruffle Skirt

This ruffle skirt has an elastic waistband and a gathered double ruffle.  Material has a slight shine to it and comes in rust and a midnight blue.  So versatile!  Pair with our white and gold braided flats or tennis shoes.  65% Rayon and 35% Polyester.
