My Favorite Smocked Shorts

These shorts have a wide elastic band and are lined underneath.  They are flowy and could probably pass for a miniskirt!  They have an approximate 4 in inseam.  Cotton/polyester.  These would look great with our All In Ribbed Bodysuit or with any top.
